    Go here: http://achievements.schrankmonster.de/

    Type in what you want the achievement to be and Generate

    You can either save the URL or take a screenshot (By pressing PrtScn SysRq around the top right on your keyboard) and paste it into Paint to edit

    And yes, you can enter dirty words
